🚚 Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–4 business days for processing. During peak periods or new product launches, processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.

🌍 Shipping Times

We ship directly from our international suppliers. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Region Estimated Delivery Time
United Arab Emirates 10–20 business days
GCC Countries 12–25 business days
Rest of the World 15–30 business days

Please note: These are estimated timeframes. Delivery may be affected by customs delays, public holidays, courier schedules, or weather disruptions.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 5 days for tracking information to update, especially for international orders.

🚫 Shipping Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, Desert Paws is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Unclaimed parcels or missed deliveries

  • Customs inspections or processing delays

  • Carrier disruptions (strikes, weather, etc.)

If your package has not arrived within 45 business days, please contact us at support@desertpawswellness.com and we’ll assist you in locating or resolving the issue.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes based on your local regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

🛑 Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or multiple failed delivery attempts, a re-delivery fee may apply. If you’d prefer a refund, we will issue one minus the original shipping cost.
