We do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you received a faulty or incorrect item, we may offer to send a replacement at no extra cost, depending on stock availability.

As a dropshipping business, we partner with trusted global suppliers to bring you unique products. Delivery typically takes 10–25 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping delays due to customs, weather, or courier issues are outside our control. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to reach out if your item hasn’t arrived after 30 business days.
