✅ Return Eligibility
We accept return requests under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged or defective item
- You received the wrong item
- Your order did not arrive within 45 business days from the date of dispatch

- Products that have been used, washed, or altered
- Return requests submitted after 7 days of delivery
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- Refused or unclaimed packages

- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 3–7 business days for the transaction to be processed by your bank or credit card provider
- If a replacement item is preferred and available, we will ship it at no additional cost
In cases where a refund is granted without requiring the product to be returned, you may keep or responsibly dispose of the item.

Shipping delays due to customs, weather, or courier issues are outside our control. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to reach out if your item hasn’t arrived after 30 business days.
