How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days. As a dropshipping model, our products ship directly from our trusted suppliers to reduce waste and storage. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

What if I receive a damaged item?

We're so sorry! If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@desertpawswellness.com within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
